01 — The problem

AI answers everything, and knows nothing about what your organisation is for

Every organisation is putting AI to work, and almost all of them point it straight at their own pile of documents. The model reads what it is given and produces the answer that sounds most plausible.

That works, right up to the moment the answer really matters to your business.

01

Every box is full. Nothing runs between them.

None of this knowledge was designed to connect in the first place. Each year adds more boxes of knowledge and more formats, until no human mind can trace all the relationships between them.

02

A better guess does not mean it understands you

An LLM works on the statistics of which word most likely comes next. It answers correctly because it has met that sequence of characters a million times before, not because it understands what you need.

03

An answer nobody can trace back is published in your name

Every answer an AI gives in public is a statement by the organisation. One wrong answer shakes trust that took decades to build.

We believe an organisation succeeds or fails on one thing: how well it manages the assets called data and knowledge, so that they create real value — for the organisation, its customers, its partners, its society, its country and the world.

What is missing is not a cleverer AI. It is the knowledge layer that sits between the AI and what the organisation knows, and tells the AI what this organisation knows, how it came to know it, and what it holds important.
